Welcome to our web site. Carillon has been running for 11 years now, has Developed form a simple thin stapled booklet to an 84+ page paperback book without the cost increasing too much. However, the 2012 postage hike has done serious damage in respect of delivery costs. For non-UK customers, these are now double and even treble the print and production costs, so a major part of subscription monies go to the Post Office. I hope to create an electronic version to counterbalance that but haven’t yet decided which, if any, special software program to use - the best are costly And the cheap ones too limited. I can, however, email a PDF version (for a small donation, please - we want the mag to survive!). Can be read on screen, using Acrobat Reader, and can also be printed out using Acrobat Reader’s “Booklet” setting with landscape orientation.
The bad news is that we no longer make our small payments for published items. Whilst economics dictated it, in fact there was little benefit to contributors with a disproportionate impact on magazine finances. Sorry folks! Wish it could have been different.
