Carillon Pens.

Carillon was founded in June 2001 by Ernest Mason and Graham Rippon, both of Rotherham Metro Writers Group. Our aim was to produce an eclectic magazine which gave a forum to talented writers of all shades of publication experience.  Ernest later relinquished his role and the magazine is now solely edited by Graham.

There are three issues a year - aimed for February, June and October -  usually appearing towards the end of the month but can be later because of other commitments.

The current  magazine is comb-bound and contains at least 64 pages of wide-ranging poetry and prose from contributors across the world, plus book reviews and a readers’ competition.

Subscribers have the choice of a small payment or extra copies of the magazine,  whilst non-subscriber contributors receive a free copy. All published items are considered for this website unless the author requests otherwise.
