Dispensing favours, and financial clout,

ethics forgotten in the name of success.

with your particular brand of duress.

You were the boss, there would be no doubt,

the tyrant without a trace of finesse.

Until you encountered a board room rout,

your company fell, to financial excess.

You thought you knew what life was about.

 

Your staff who gave you loyalty throughout,

now wait to hear your plans for redress.
